The business model for ICS is as unique and refreshing to the Scheduling Practice as are its many exciting components. ICS is not a non-profit organization, staffed by volunteers and managed by committee. Neither is ICS a limited commercial venture, providing one set of services to a limited market; nor is ICS a self-appointed authority hoping to convert the world to its unique "take" on the Scheduling Practice.

Instead, ICS is a consortium of the Practice's leading experts and providers. Our business model calls for each ICS Division to be "independently owned and operated." The role of ICS Global will be to enforce contractual limits and standards that ensure that all ICS Divisions remain compatible with that Big Picture.

To date, not all Divisions have been assigned, so there is still room for you at the table. If you are a company or individual with a proven track record in construction, project controls, project management and the Scheduling Practice, and if you have particular interest and qualifications in one of the areas covered by the ICS Divisions, then we want to hear from you.
